Did you know? The pads are made from 99% post-production incontinence product waste. The plastic used to make the bags is made from 30% recycled material. Our plastic supports are 100% recyclable.
Did you know that Hygie Industrie manages the manufacture of 90% of our products? This advantage guarantees a constant supply, even in the event of a crisis for the North American market. Our suppliers are located within a radius of less than 50 km.
Some figures that speak for themselves:
300 tons of material from post-production incontinence diapers and 93 tons of plastic used to make our liners were diverted from landfills in 2020
Our Drummondville plant is located in the same area as our supplier of absorbent materials and is centrally located within the network, which is a significant advantage from a transportation point of view in order to reduce GHG emissions. In addition, our polluting emissions are limited because we use recycled materials and our manufacturing processes do not generate any polluting substances, additives, perfumes, antibacterial products or deodorants.
Our product development is influenced by our desire to achieve 100% recycled and 0% waste. This zero-waste objective is even reflected in the manufacture of our packaging, which is 100% recyclable, 100% made from recycled products and produced in Quebec.
