Refund applicable?
No refunds are made available. If you can not attend the live training session you signed up for, following the scheduled training session you will receive access to the registered content and video that will be shared to all registered participants.
How will I obtain my certificate?
Upon receiving a passing grade on the completed training module, the certificate will populate within your account.
Payment plans?
No payment plans are offered. We recommend that you verify with your HR department regarding support for training courses.
Certificate recognition – Is it valid in other provinces?
SOFEDUC accredited certificates are recognized nationally in Canada.
Can we trial prior to purchase?
There is no trial period.
If we work for the health minister is there a discount?
There are no discounts for workers from the health minister. We recommend that you ask your HR Department if there is any financial support or subventions for employees. Institute Hygie group rates are made available to organizations.
Can we register the training session if we cannot make it or attend the session we signed up for?
Yes, the training session will be recorded and available to view in your profile following the live training session. Available to be viewed at anytime.
Can we change our session time?
The session times can not be changed however you will have access to the recording of the training session you signed up for to review at your convenience.
How do I join a training session?
Log into your account, select your training session, following the guidelines and link to join the training session.
Do I need an account to join a session as an attendee?
Yes, to attend a training session, you need to create an account via the Hygie Institute site.
How secure is the Hygie Institute Platform?
The Hygie Institute platform is a private platform and professionally secured.
